Marc Sieger.

Chief Executive Officer

Marc joined Renovation Brands as CEO in 2017. He has served as CEO, President and COO for digital direct to consumer private equity owned companies for the past 15 years. He brings 30 years of executive leadership experience and a proven track record of driving profitable growth and value creation. Prior to joining Renovation Brands, he was President of Orchard Brands and helped successfully sell the multi-brand direct to consumer business in 2015. Prior to that, he was the Founder and President of firedog, a technology services installation company owned by Circuit City where the business grew from zero to more than $300M in less than four years. Marc spent the first 13 years of his career in a variety of functions and leadership roles in three different GE businesses.

Marc holds a B.S. in Finance and Marketing from Syracuse University and is also a graduate of GE’s Financial Management Program.

Marc and his wife Kathy reside in Boston, MA and are enjoying exploring the freedoms of empty nesting now that their youngest has graduated college. Outdoor enthusiasts, they enjoy spending time hiking, skiing, traveling and making up for some lost time during COVID.

Peter Elkes.

Chief Financial Officer

Pete joined Renovation Brands in February 2020. Prior to this, Pete served as the Chief Financial Officer for Occasion Brands, a multi-brand, multi-channel retailer of special occasion dresses for young adults. Previously, Pete spent eight years at Milestone Partners, a lower middle market private equity fund based outside of Philadelphia where he primarily focused on transactions in the technology-enabled services and products vertical. Pete began his career as an M&A investment banker with Stifel Nicolaus Wiesel.

Pete earned a B.S., cum laude, from the University of Richmond, and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Pete resides in Princeton, New Jersey with his wife and four children. Outside of work, Pete enjoys spending time with his family at the beach in Montauk, New York and playing golf.

Ken Wegrzyn.

Vice President of Ecommerce

Ken joined Renovations Brands in January 2022 to lead ecommerce and marketing efforts through strategic vision, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the eCommerce landscape. With a background in the kitchen and bath industry, Ken's journey began in 2004 when he co-founded MR Direct. Through his entrepreneurial leadership, he propelled MR Direct into a $30m+ enterprise.

In 2016, Ken took a new path and successfully sold his startup to Elkay where his abilities led him to spearhead an ambitious 5-year ecommerce growth plan. Under his guidance, the ecommerce channel experienced exponential growth, from $10 million to over $150 million, marked by the implementation of innovative processes, a transformative culture, and strategic milestones.

Ken's unwavering entrepreneurial spirit and out-of-the-box thinking make him a collaborative force. He thrives on engaging with others to explore fresh ideas and creative solutions, fostering an environment of open communication and collective success. Ken's passion for helping others achieve their full potential shines through in his dedication to mentorship and coaching, both inside and outside the workplace.

Ken, along with his wife, Merri, calls the peaceful suburb of Toledo, OH, home, where they share their lives with three lovely daughters, a son, and their faithful miniature schnauzer, Simon. Beyond his professional pursuits, Ken finds joy in serving his church, indulging in basketball, playing guitar and keyboards, and attending many a concert.

Daniel Hladky.

Vice President, Supply Chain

Dan joined Renovation Brands in May 2022. Prior to this, Dan served as Senior Director of Global Supply Chain at Step2 Discovery LLC., a multi-brand global importer/manufacturer of children’s and home products. He brings over 25 years of experience and leadership in product design/development, sourcing, cost engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, and operations.

Dan and his team oversaw a wide range of materials and manufacturing processes across $160m purchases annually, leading operation teams across the globe. He began his career developing fun and innovative products at Cap Toys, a subsidiary of Hasbro Inc., honing his skills in design, engineering, and offshore supplier development at a young age.

Dan holds multiple certifications in Project Management (IPMO-PMP), Lean Management Six Sigma, and Operational Finance, from Kent State University.

Dan and his wife of 20+ years reside in a lovely southeast suburb of Cleveland, Ohio with his two sons, and their beloved mini golden doodle Ruby. He spends his free time serving on local non-profit organizations and often will be found enjoying (or performing) local music. Most of all Dan treasures opportunities to learn and spend time with great people as well as experience new places no matter how odd or interesting.

Marta Vittini.

Vice President, Human Resources

Marta joined Renovation Brands as the Vice President, Human Resources in May 2023. Prior to joining Renovation Brands, Marta was the Vice President, Human Resources at Twin Star Home. Marta has had her own consulting business and held leadership roles at Office Depot, TBC Corporation, Boca Raton Regional Hospital, Jarden Consumer Services (Newell Brands), to name a few. Marta brings over 25 years of experience in compensation, business strategy, performance management, benefits, employee relations, coaching, mentoring, training and talent acquisition.

Marta holds Master of Arts (M.A.) with concentration in Psychological and Social Foundations and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Relations from the University of South Florida in Tampa. She has multiple certifications include Professional Human Resources (PHR), Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and Society for Human Resources Management - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).

Marta resides in Lake Worth, Florida. She is the mother of one daughter. Marta loves spending time with her daughter, extended family, friends, cat, and dog. She also tries her hand at all types of crafting and is now venturing into the specialty of resin.

Steven Belongia.

Vice President of Technology

Steven joined Renovation Brands as the Vice President of Information Technology in May of 2022. Prior to joining Renovation Brands, Steven was the Vice President of IT, Security & Business Process Improvement for TSC Apparel LLC, a collection of portfolio companies delivering wholesale and direct to consumer apparel solutions. Steven has 26 years of experience in technology architecture and leadership including ERP, CRM, infrastructure, cloud transition, security, telecommunications, support services, and business process improvement.

Steven and his wife of 30 years, Sheryl, call the small town of Lebanon Ohio just north of Cincinnati home with their three sons and two golden retrievers. In the time between career and home life, Steven enjoys designing, inventing and building most anything from technology projects to horticulture innovations. He can often be found enjoying the outdoors with friends around campfires or wherever live music can be heard. A lifelong learner and a passion for understanding everything possible life has to offer, Steven values cultivating relationships as the best catalyst for personal and professional growth.

Michael Gallaher.

General Manager, RTA & KDP

Mike joined Renovation Brands in November of 2017 and has been serving as General Manager of RTA Cabinet Store since March of 2018. Prior to becoming General Manager, Michael held roles spanning logistics, supply-chain, marketing, and sales; in his more than 12+ years with the company. His extensive experience within the online kitchen & bath industry coupled with his constant perspective on technology, products, and e-commerce strategy; has allowed the business to hold a spot on the Inc 5000 list of fastest growing privately held companies for 7 consecutive years.

Prior to joining Renovation Brands, Michael served as a strategic leader for the Rox Group & InStockKitchens.com

Michael attended Philadelphia University for Industrial Design & Engineering and completed an internship with Ideations, Inc. a multi-disciplinary design/build firm based in Denver, CO.

Michael resides in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with his wife Henrietta & son Rockwell aka “Rocky”. He passionately enjoys his hobbies which include traveling, skiing, driving & studying automobiles, collecting fine art and wine, horology, golfing, & mountain biking.

Andrew Lippman.

General Manager, Trueform Concrete and Blendhouse

Andrew joined Renovation Brands in 2021. Andrew helps businesses to achieve their full potential. He is a pragmatic business leader with global accomplishments. For over 35 years, he has leveraged strategic insights and innovation to achieve results.

Prior to joining Renovation Brands, Andrew held global leadership roles with Lutron Electronics, Armstrong Flooring and Kohler Company. He has led global strategy development, business planning, marketing and manufacturing efforts to grow sales and improve brand equity.

Andrew holds an M.B.A. in Marketing and International Business as well as an M.A. in French Studies from New York University. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Connecticut.

Andrew resides in Hopewell, New Jersey. He is married with three children and an awesome dog. He is an outdoor enthusiast with passions for family, furry friends, travel, fitness, and good craft beer.

Cody Simmons.

General Manager, Decorative Finishes

Cody joined Renovation Brands as a General Manager and Brand Leader in May of 2022. Cody has brand responsibilities for American Tin Ceilings, Reggio Registers, and Baseboarders. Cody has a proven track record of driving profitable sales growth in both B2B and digital channels. Prior to joining Renovation Brands, Cody held various leadership positions across the brands within HNI Corporation, a leading manufacturer in workplace furnishings and residential building products based in southeast Iowa.

Cody holds a B.S. in Political Science and a B.A. in Psychology both from the University of Iowa.

Cody resides with his wife and two young sons in the western suburbs of Chicago, IL. As fitness enthusiasts, you can often find Cody and his wife training for various physical feats and activities. The family enjoys everything outdoors, movies, and spending time with their dog.

Bevin Andrews.

General Manager, Décor Planet

Bevin joined Renovation Brands in early 2023 as General Manager of Decor Planet, a leading omni-channel provider in the home and bathroom products space. Products are sold on DecorPlanet.com, through wholesale relationships, and at a showroom in Brooklyn, New York. In addition to its proprietary Fresca brand, Decor Planet offers many internationally recognized brands and has been named one of Newsweek's Best Online Shops.

Bevin began her business career as a strategy consultant helping formulate and advise companies on long term growth opportunities. After earning her MBA, she advanced to brand management and marketing positions with Timberland, Kraft Foods, Orchard Brands and Bluestem Brands. Most recently, Bevin served as Senior Vice President of Marketing for Carpet One Floor & Home, the largest division of CCA Global Partners, where she was responsible for leading marketing across digital and traditional channels to support a multi-billion-dollar business with over 800 retail flooring locations.

Bevin and her husband have two daughters in high school and a hilarious yellow lab. They live in New England, love skiing as a family and are passionate about doing projects around the home.
