Meet Our Management Team
Chief Executive Officer
Marc joined Renovation Brands as CEO in 2017. He has served as CEO, President and COO for direct to consumer private equity owned companies for the past 12 years. He brings 30 years of executive leadership experience in consumer businesses and a proven track record of driving profitable sales growth and value creation. Prior to joining Renovation Brands, he was President of Orchard Brands and helped successfully sell the multi-brand direct to consumer business in 2015. Prior to that, he was the Founder and President of firedog, a technology services installation company owned by Circuit City where the business grew from zero to more than $300M in less than 4 years. Marc spent the first 13 years of his career in a variety of functions and leadership roles in 3 different GE businesses.
Marc holds a B.S. in Finance and Marketing from Syracuse University and is also a graduate of GE’s Financial Management Program.
Marc and his wife Kathy reside in Boston, MA and are enjoying exploring the freedoms of empty nesting now that their youngest of three has entered college. Outdoor enthusiasts, they enjoy spending time with their two lab retrievers as well as hiking, skiing and traveling (pre-COVID!).
Chief Financial Officer
Peter Elkes joined Renovation Brands as the VP of Finance in February 2020. Prior to this, Pete served as the Chief Financial Officer for Occasion Brands, a multi-brand, multi-channel retailer of special occasion dresses for young adults. Previously, Pete spent eight years at Milestone Partners, a lower middle market private equity fund based outside of Philadelphia where he primarily focused on transactions in the technology-enabled services and products vertical. Pete began his career as an M&A investment banker with Stifel Nicolaus Wiesel.
Pete earned a B.S., cum laude, from the University of Richmond, and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Pete resides in Princeton, New Jersey with his wife and two young sons, who have kindly doubled as his office managers during the work from home COVID period. Pete and his family enjoy spending time in the summer at the beach in Montauk, New York.
VP of Human Resources
Keith joined Renovation Brands as the co-founder of Renovation Design Pros, LLC, alongside Todd Nickell, in April 2020. At various times he served in multiple roles as the SVP Human Resources, Sales, Technology, and Operations at CliqStudios from January 2017 to March 2020. He has spent the past 17 years in senior leadership roles within the eCommerce, Medical Device and Financial Services industries at CliqStudios, Medtronic, AGA Medical, AMETEK, and Deluxe.
Keith holds a B.S. in Sociology from Northern Michigan University, and a M.S. in Industrial Relations from the Quinlan School of Business at the Loyola University of Chicago.
Keith resides in St. Paul, Minnesota with his wife and five children, who range in age from elementary school to recent college graduate. He has spent the past decade on multiple non-profit boards in the arts and social services, currently serving on the board of People Serving People, the largest and most comprehensive emergency shelter for families experiencing homelessness in Minnesota.
VP of Technology
Steven Micheal Belongia joined Renovation Brands as the Vice President of Information Technology in May of 2022. Prior to joining Renovation Brands, Steven was the Vice President of IT, Security & Business Process Improvement for TSC Apparel LLC, a collection of portfolio companies delivering wholesale and direct to consumer apparel solutions. Steven has 26 years of experience in technology architecture and leadership including ERP, CRM, infrastructure, cloud transition, security, telecommunications, support services, and business process improvement.
Steven and his Wife of 30 years, Sheryl, call the small town of Lebanon Ohio just north of Cincinnati home with their three Sons and two golden retrievers. In the time between career and home life Steven enjoys designing, inventing and building most anything from technology projects to horticulture innovations. He can often be found enjoying the outdoors with friends around camp fires or wherever live music can be heard. A lifelong learner and a passion for understanding everything possible life has to offer, Steven values cultivating relationships as the best catalyst for personal and professional growth.
VP of Supply Chain
Dan joined Renovation Brands in May 2022. Prior to this, Dan served as Senior Director of Global Supply Chain at Step2 Discovery LLC., a multi-brand (Step2, Backyard Discovery, Infantino) global importer/manufacturer of children’s and home products. He brings over 25 years of experience and leadership in product design/development, sourcing, cost engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, and operations.
Dan and his team oversaw a wide range of materials and manufacturing processes across $160m purchases annually, leading operation teams across the globe. He began his career developing fun and innovative products at Cap Toys, a subsidiary of Hasbro Inc., honing his skills in design, engineering, and offshore supplier development at a young age.
Dan holds multiple certifications in Project Management (IPMO-PMP), Lean Management Six Sigma, and Operational Finance, from Kent State University.
Dan and his wife of 20+ years reside in a lovely southeast suburb of Cleveland, Ohio with his two sons, and their beloved mini golden doodle (daughter) Ruby. He spends his free time serving on local non-profit organizations and can often be found enjoying (or performing) local music. Most of all Dan treasures opportunities to learn and spend time with great people as well as experience new places no matter how odd or interesting.
Trueform Concrete and Blendhouse Brand Leader
Andrew helps businesses to achieve their full potential, grow sales, and maximize profitability. He is a pragmatic business leader with global accomplishment in consumer packaged goods and consumer durables. For over 25 years, he has leveraged strategic insights and innovation to achieve results.
Prior to joining Renovation Brands, he was Head of International Marketing for Lutron Electronics where he led international marketing efforts, including research, strategy development, business planning, and marketing execution in order to grow sales and improve Lutron’s reputation as a global leader. Before that, Andrew served in leadership positions at Armstrong Flooring and Kohler Company.
Andrew holds an M.B.A. in Marketing and International Business as well as an M.A. in French Studies from New York University. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Connecticut.
Andrew resides in Pennington, New Jersey. He is married with three children and their awesome dog. He is an outdoor enthusiast with passions for family, fitness, furry friends, and good craft beer.
GM of Decorative Finishes
Cody joined Renovation Brands as a General Manager and Brand Leader in May of 2022. Cody has brand responsibilities for American Tin Ceilings, Reggio Registers, and Baseboarders. Cody has a proven track record of driving profitable sales growth in both B2B and digital channels. Prior to joining Renovation Brands, Cody held various leadership positions across the brands within HNI Corporation, a leading manufacturer in workplace furnishings and residential building products based in southeast Iowa.
Cody holds a B.S. in Political Science and a B.A. in Psychology both from the University of Iowa.
Cody resides with his wife and two young sons in the western suburbs of Chicago, IL. As fitness enthusiasts, you can often find Cody and his wife training for various physical feats and activities. The family enjoys everything outdoors, movies, and spending time with their dog.
GM of Hearth Brands
Sean Fisher joined Renovation Brands in 2021 as the General Manager for Hearth Brands. Prior to joining, Sean spent 9 years leading brand, marketing, and eCommerce for Signature Hardware, where he helped to rapidly scale the D2C decorative plumbing business and transform it to an omni-channel brand through acquisition by Ferguson. Previously, Sean held digital marketing and commerce roles with Frontgate, Empower MediaMarketing, and in non-profit.
Sean holds a B.S. in Urban Studies from the College of Design, Art, Architecture, and Planning (DAAP) at the University of Cincinnati and M.S. Marketing from the Lindner College of Business at the University of Cincinnati.
Sean lives with his wife and three daughters in Bellevue, Kentucky, where he is active in the community, including serving on Bellevue’s city council.
